Locking Surveys and Closing Pre-Orders!

Pre-orders are officially closed and I'm so happy that everyone loves these bags as much as I do! I'll be sending out a warning that I'm locking surveys in 2 days which means that you'll have 48 hours to make any last minute changes to your survey (including adding extras).  I'll be charging cards on October 15th for anyone that didn't utilize the PayPal option.  If you are are Pre-Order backer (did not pledge through Kickstarter, ordered on Backerkit) the survey does not apply to you but I will also be charging cards on the same day.

If you are a UK Pre-Order or Watcher, these are still open on Etsy here.

We still have 10 surveys that haven't been completed and I will send reminders at the end of the week through BackerKit. Please check your inbox and spam just in case it went there! Also, if your pledge didn't go through on Kickstarter, you do still have the option to pay through BackerKit. If you do not fill out your survey before December 31st I will be forced to assume your pledge is a donation, and you will not recieve your rewards.

We're coming up to the end of the survey period! At the moment, surveys are holding rather steady at 77% and we have about 7 days left. Please make sure to get those surveys filled out so that we can get your bag to you. Paypal has also been added as a payment option, both for the pre-order store and your shipping charges. If you paid with your card, they will be charged about 2 days after surveys are closed on October 10th.

As a reminder, you can always add on in the BackerKit survey or, if you missed backing the Kickstarter, there is a pre-order store! If you are a watcher from the UK, please note that UK orders are over on my Etsy.

Hello, Travelers!

We've had an excellent response to the surveys for our smoke test that the surveys have now been released to everyone. Please make sure to check your email and your spam folder, just in case!! You will have until October 10th to fill it out. This is where you can add more pins, more bags and more inserts, especially if Sumeru has given you a new character to love. (I know it has for me, darn you Tighnari.) This is also how shipping costs will be calculated and charged as we want to make sure that we would have the most accurate prices. 

We want to let you know that if you were having issues during the campaign and were unable to fix your payment method, don't worry! BackerKit will help you do that so that you can still get your items. We have also, again, enabled payment via PayPal if you prefer! If you pay via PayPal, it will charge you immediately so please keep that in mind. Otherwise, we will be charging cards about 2 days after the close of surveys. You will get emails and we'll also post an update about it before we hit the button, don't worry!

The Pre-Order store is open, so if you know anyone who was kicking themselves or found this late, please share the link with them so that they can get their own bags! We also have a secret surprise in there for you, the Starbag Vol 2 has been added to the pre-order store. This is an update to a previous successful Kickstarter and comes in three beautiful new colors: Cupcake, a pink body with white accents; Showstopper, a black body with metallic gold accents; and Explorer, a brown body with darker brown accents and a cream interior/liner!

In the campaign FAQ we said that there wouldn't be shipping from the campaign to the UK due to the VAT issues. Thankfully, we've set up the work around for this via Etsy as they do all of the hard work of remitting that VAT for us. If you would like to pre-order and you're in the UK, you can use this link! The prices there also include shipping based on the weight and USPS prices. (This is only for pre-orders in the UK. Everyone else will have their orders refunded.)

Hello, Travelers!

You heard us right, it's Survey Time. We'll be sending out smoke test surveys today. This means that about 5% of you will be getting your surveys and, provided that they come back without everything breaking, we will release the surveys to everyone in the next few days. 

Once you receive your survey, they will be open until October 10th for you to submit your responses. This will be where you can add on extra bags, extra liners or pin-sets and will be where we collect addresses and shipping costs so that we can provide the most accurate pricing. We won't be charging that immediately and will make sure to send out an update before we charge cards for shipping.

Please also keep an eye out just in case your pledge was declined! If it has been, BackerKit will give you a chance to fix your payment method and you'll still be able to get the items you pledged for. We would hate for anyone to miss out, especially with all of these amazing new characters on the horizon.

We did it! Thank you so much for your amazing response once more and I appreciate how much everyone loves these bags as much as I do. I cannot wait to get these out to everyone but for the moment we're waiting. In about 2 weeks Kickstarter will release the money to my account and we'll be sending out BackerKit surverys. Through the BackerKit store, you'll be able to select your rewards and make additional purchases.  This is also when we will be charging for shipping costs as outlined in the Kickstarter and will be based on weight and country! Please make sure to keep an eye on the email that is attached to your Kickstarter account, as that is where the link will be sent.

I've had a few folks inquire, and I wanted to make reassurances here that these bags will also be available for purchase after backer rewards have shipped! You will be the first to recieve the bags, and you'll have paid the lowest price, but the window to get these is not closing by any means! (I also absolutely plan to keep making these until we run out of new visions! We only have three left.)
